OUR HISTORY
Travel Studio is an agency and tour operator created by women committed to providing safe and unforgettable experiences to travelers who dream of getting to know Brazil.
With each of us it was similar: one day, we came here and fell in love. And our goal is to awaken that same passion in you.
We love to travel and understand how transformative a trip can be in our way of seeing the world and living life. It’s much more than just walking around and getting to know sights: it’s understanding that there’s a world beyond what we know.
We love the plurality and diversity of people and new ideas that circulate around here. We are passionate about culture, creativity, innovation, and we believe in the infinite potential of the people who make up the cauldron of information that is this immense country!
We seek to develop itineraries that put travelers immersed in our culture to get to know closely the brazilian lifestyle, favoring local employees and service providers of the region in a fair and respectful way. Brazil is full of places, things and, especially, inspiring people. That’s why we partner with people and projects that support the environment and social development.
Technology is not left out: we are aware of the various technological tools that facilitate the process and help create even more amazing experiences, so we seek to use them to our advantage.

Lejla is one of the founders of Travel Studio, originally from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2011, after 14 years of experience in marketing and communication decided to replace his city with the United States, as a student of Fulbright. Having academic and professional stints in Phoenix, New York and Washington, she fell in love with Rio de Janeiro as soon as she arrived here, making it her home. Uniting his knowledge in marketing and passion for the city, he decided to show the world the beauties of the city of this inspiring city. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and a licensed tour guide for English, Portuguese and Bosnian.
Mariana Podestá

Mariana is another co-founder of Travel Studio. After graduating in Tourism, he acquired experience in some of the largest tour operators in the local and international market. During the Olympic Games, on behalf of latam’s Olympic Project, he was responsible for coordinating the logistics of Special Groups. He holds an MBA in Business Management from fundação Getúlio Vargas do Rio de Janeiro and a specialization in the production and creation of digital content by ESPM.

Born in Niterói and raised in Rio de Janeiro, during her career she has always been involved in international projects, working with travelers from all over the world, knowing well what enchants them.
