We’ll start this incredible day with a surf lesson in the sea of Rio’s most inspiring beach. There will be 60 minutes of surf lessons for apprentices or professionals. If you prefer we have the option of a yoga class, just for you, in the arpoador. At the end of the activity you will be ready for our next activity: an invigorating Brunch at hotel Arpoador, a seafront hotel a few meters from your class. At the end of this experience you will feel a comforting sense of well-being. Come and try it!
