Finds your physical balance and mental peace through a balanced diet, outdoor activities and meditation in the waves practicing SUP Yoga. This all immersed in the natural beauties of Buzios. Leave your stress behind and revive your body. Itinerary and Activities <\/span>This retreat lasts two days, leaving Rio de Janeiro on Friday at 8pm and returning to Rio on Sunday at 3pm. Sup Yoga is a technique that combines the beneficial of yoga with those of water.
